How to Care
Easy Care Instructions
- We recommend vacuuming once or twice a month to remove any dirt and dust. Vacuuming your rug too often and using a beater brush could potentially damage the knots/fibers in your rug in the long term.
- Keep your rug away from excessive moisture and direct sunlight for a prolonged period as it may cause fading.
- Rotate your rugs every ~6 months to avoid excessive shedding or fading.
- Using a rug pad can help your newly purchased rug stay in place and lay smoothly in your space.
Treating Stains or Spills
- Following a spill, blot immediately with a clean cloth or paper towel to absorb the spill before drying.
- Avoid using any harsh chemicals or heavy scrubbing to prevent any damage to the coloring and fibers of your rug.
- We recommend using a mild dishwashing soap and a wet clean cloth to remove any stains before they get any deeper.
- If the stain is more persistent, we recommend using a professional rug cleaning service in your area.
