We know that you are excited to elevate your space with your newly purchased seppi product so we will do everything in our hands process the shipment to you as soon as possible. Most in-stock items will ship within 5-10 business days unless otherwise specified in the product page.

Make-to-order items will be hand-knotted by our local artisans once you place your order. Please note that dates presented in the product page are estimates only and may be subject to change.

After your order is processed, you will receive confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that items ordered together are not always shipped together and may arrive at different times.

For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, shipping costs will vary depending on the size and weight of your order. Our system will automatically populate the shipping costs based on destination at checkout.

Yes! During checkout, shipping costs will be populated based on your destination and the size and weight of your order. These costs will not include additional customs or import duties, which may be incurred based on the final shipping destination. Seppi is not responsible for any customs and/or duty fees which may vary by country.

Once an order is processed, we are not able to change or cancel your order. Please refer to our return policy if you are interested in returning your item

For orders over $500 our policy requires a signature for delivery. We want to ensure your new purchase arrives safely at your home. You can work directly with the mail carrier to modify your delivery in case you won’t be home to sign for it.

At Seppi, we collect and design our products only with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship. We want you to have a great experience with our product! If you are not happy with your item, you can initiate a return with the following terms*:

• Returns must be initiated within 5 days of order being delivered to your address. Please send us an email at hello@seppihome.com with your order number and the reason for return along with any photos.
• Once we receive your email with a return request, we will send you a return label along with directions on how to ship your item.
• In order to be eligible for a refund, items being returned must be in perfect and unused condition, with no signs of wear or change in coloring. Your item must be returned in its original packaging (or equivalent).
• Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected by Seppi staff, your refund, minus shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee, will be issued to your original form of payment. Taxes will be refunded based on state laws and returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.
• Store Credit: Once the returned item is received and inspected by Seppi staff, we will provide you with a store credit of the original purchase amount, minus shipping costs and any applicable fees.

PLEASE NOTE:

• If your item is marked as MADE TO ORDER or FINAL SALE, it is not eligible for a return.
• All throw pillows and rug pads are final sale. We do not accept any returns of throw pillows and rug pads.

Every rug is professionally washed and cleaned before shipping to you.

Our vintage and hand-knotted items may have imperfections or variations in coloring which are inherent to the one-of-a-kind nature of our products. Depending on the rug, you may expect to see changes in colors, abrasions, uneven corners or minor changes in patterns which all tell a different story by the local artisan.

We strive to present our products with photos and product dimensions as accurately as possible. We provide you with measurements, but please be advised that some variations may exist.
