Shipping policy

We know that you are excited to elevate your space with your newly purchased seppi product so we will do everything in our hands process the shipment to you as soon as possible. Most in-stock items will ship within 5-10 business days unless otherwise specified in the product page.

Make-to-order items will be hand-knotted by our local artisans once you place your order. Please note that dates presented in the product page are estimates only and may be subject to change.

After your order is processed, you will receive confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that items ordered together are not always shipped together and may arrive at different times.
